Driver's Education Process for 2020-2021
Students: Make sure to get a copy of your permit in to Karen in the Direction Center ASAP! You must have a copy of your permit on file in the Direction Center in order to be considered for Driver's Ed.
20-21 School Year Driver's Education
If spaces are available, all permits that are on file at the time of the three day start of the school year Add/Drop Period will be considered for open slots. Likewise, at the beginning of second semester, all permits that are on file at the start of the winter Add/Drop period will be considered for open slots.
There are 3 times that students will be added to 2020-21 classes: Spring Scheduling, Fall Add/Drop and Winter Add/Drop.
COVID Addendum (10/23/20): We will be scheduling second semester driver's ed starting the 5th of November. If you want to be considered for semester 2, you need to get a copy of your permit to Karen Archer by the end of the day on Wednesday, November 4th. You can bring your permit to the Direction Center and I will make a copy OR you can email a picture of your permit to me. Again, all permits must be in by November 4th.
Students will be added to Driver's Ed classes by birth date, oldest to youngest. House counselors will notify their students if they get a spot in a second semester class.
