Even in the best of times, high school life can be challenging. It is important for you to remember that you are not alone in our community. Not only are the Direction Center counselors, CVU faculty, staff and students here for you, but there are also a number of valuable community resources that can help support as well. Below is a list of resources that students and families have found helpful.

Student Assistance Program at CVU: The CVU SAP program is focused on building students' developmental assets and resiliency by supporting students struggling with their own or someone else's substance use, intervening, and referring them to community agencies or private clinicians for more specialized care when necessary. In addition to this role, the CVU SAP Counselor also:
